| The Lost Nation Smoke Company is a competition barbecue team and catering company specializing in the art of smoking chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder and beef brisket. We are comprised of family and friends and compete mostly in the northeast, as our pitmaster hails from Essex Junction, VT.
